All prices are F.O.B. from our warehouse in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

Payment may be made by wire transfer of funds into our U.S. Dollar account. Please contact your sales representative for account information.

We also accept the following credit card payments:

Payment for Orders of a value greater than US$10,000.00 may be paid by Irrevocable Letter of Credit in our favour confirmed by the bank.

Shipping:

Standard shipping methods include: DHL, TNT and UPS Express Air.

Purchase Order Requirements:

All purchases require a purchase order or a Proforma invoice from VIVE
Have the P.O. signed by an authorized employee of your company
Provide the correct billing name, address, telephone number and shipping information
If your company does not use purchase orders, please contact a sales representative for a proforma invoice.

  • COD Unsecured (requires credit check, (within Canada only)
  • Prepaid by Certified Cheque in US Funds (North America only)
  • Terms - Net 30 (requires credit check)

RETURNS

To return any of our products, please call us at 021-278-9280 and press 2 for our repair department. An RMA# will be provided at Nortec Telecom's discretion.

All products being returned to Nortec Telecom Inc. must be clearly labeled with the pre-assigned RMA #, an attached note describing the package as "Goods Being Returned To Manufacturer For Repair", and a copy of the invoice should be attached. All returns should be shipped prepaid via a courier service (air only), not a freight forwarder.

No products will be accepted without an RMA#, and will returned to you at your expense.
